I've restarted one (and soon two) of the Berkeley test SDR
announcements--look for "UC Berkeley Diagnostic 1".  The current test
announcement is using the MIG Seminar session address, and the UCSB SDR
monitor reports that Greg Cook can see the announcement.

There are two machines each transmitting low bitrate video on
233.0.25.129/22334 and 224.2.137.114/41522 from the co-lab.  These
machines have been transmitting continuously for (roughly) the last one or
two weeks.

I'm currently addressing some server OS-stability issues (as opposed to
network-stability issues) on the linux machines that I've been using for
SDR announcements.  I was planning to write Ken Lindahl and Fred Archibald
once I was sure these machines can transmit reliably for a reasonable
period of time.
