I don't think the OpenMash SDR is up anymore.  It was running on quimby.cs
last semester and on video0.bmrc during the OpenMash Workshop.  We should
probably just keep it running on video0.  Peter, can you do that?  In
order to get the session appear on Kevin Almeroth's SDR monitor page at
UCSB, the user has to have the sdr.tcl at ~pbhuang/.sdr/ in the users
~/.sdr/ directory.
