testing the 405 webcasting infrastructure

hi -

i have scheduled 405 soda at 4pm for a test this thursday. here's a
minimum list of what we should test:

1. webcast from 405 - new amxd and dc with new stage camera. we should
confirm whether paul is right that we don't need a frame-accurate
switcher to switch between speaker cam (spkrcam) and stage cam (stgcam).

2. 2-stream real webcast. use tim's transcoder with the presentation
stream.

3. multiple format real webcast - 50/200 surestream and mpeg1. check
that we can do 2-stream webcasts of both.

4. add participants in colab to 405 webcast.

5. run colab webcast.

i suggest we do the following...

1. matt and i will go to 405 and setup the room as though we are giving
a talk.
2. paul/eric/peter setup webcast operation. craig should watch/learn
how to run dc so he can produce the webcasts during the
multicast/openmash workshop next week.
3. peter should setup one web page with links to all of the test
sessions so we can try them out.
4. art, you should be available to troubleshoot any audio/video
problems.
