Can someone help Greg?

Greg Cook wants a pointer to the most recent source
distribution. Greg, it is on www.openmash.org. It
isn't yet completely cleaned up. We moved the code
from www-mash and are cleaning up the various pieces
so that it will compile easily on Linux, FBSD, and
Win32 platforms. We're not there yet.

What platform were you planning on using?

p.s. send these queries to openmash-users so everyone
can see them.

Hi Larry,

As you might remember, I'm working at Thomson
Multimedia this summer.
Bascially, the group I'm working with has been tasked
with looking at
video/multicast issues. Right now the effort is just
starting, so we're
looking at a lot of different software and hardware
kinds of issues.
One of the packages that I have been pushing is
(naturally) MASH, because
of its open software nature, flexability, and GUI
capability. The
lastest MASH version I have is from the web site and
is a couple of years
old now. You can really tell it is an intermediate
version because
the vat and vic codes aren't really integrated in the
latest
library structure. (They don't even use import!)

Would you be able to point me to the right person for
the "latest and greatest"
MASH version? It would help a lot to be able to show
something slick
with multicast that was developed quickly.

Thanks,
Greg
