otcl envs?

Hi,

I'm trying to use a headless vic to send and receive video over multicast. 
I saw in a thread that mash/tcl/demo/simple-video-*.tcl woudl be useful, 
but when I run them I get 

invalid command name "Import"
    while executing
"Import enable"
    (file "../../mash/tcl/demo/simple-video-tx.tcl" line 37)

so obviously i need to set some environment variable for tcl/otcl. Does 
anyone know what these are? I've googled without any success, and couldnt 
find any doc about this on the otcl site.
