A new tool for generating Open Mash documentation

Hi all,

  A new tool for generating Open Mash documentation, called MashDoc
  is available.  Example of generated documentations are available
  on www.openmash.org.  I encourage everyone to start using MashDoc
  to document your code.

  This is beta software, and there will be bugs :)  There are 
  many ways MashDoc can be improved.  Contributions and suggestions
  are most welcome!

  My next mail will contain instructions on how to use MashDoc.
