OpenMash Debian packages.

Hello, my name is David Martínez, and I'm a Debian developer. I'm
packaging openmash for Debian (at least, trying to).

I'm hacking the sources in order to compile them: 1) in a modular
way; 2) using the most packages from Debian (i.e., {tcl,tk}8.3-dev), and I
have a couple of questions:

Are you now the upstream for otcl and tclcl? Their README (or similar
information) show that they're old software (IIRC from MIT). I must know who
is upstream.

And what is lame being used for? Could I replace with another thing? lame
has license problems with the Frauenhofer Institute (as nearly every mp3
encoder) and cannot enter Debian. If you're not using their encoder, maybe it
could be used (hint, hint :-).

I'll try to package the whole thing before the total freeze of Debian for
the next release.

	Regards,

		Ender.
