pcmcia scan converter

Hi folks -

I had a PCMCIA card that functioned as a scan converter.  I seemed to
have misplaced it.  It occurs to me that I might have loaned it to
someone without realizing it - so does this sound familiar to anyone? 
Tim, did I loan to you at some point, perhaps?
