The RGB capture code is not in 5.1.6.  It's not in CVS either.

At the meeting where we discussed the 5.2 release, Larry said he wanted 
the RGB capture code checked in and documented for 5.2.  It's 
understood that the code isn't finished, but that's ok.  Andrew, if you 
need any help checking in the code, just come on over and grab me.
