Mash developer accounts

There are a bunch of new people working on Mash so it's time to get
everyone onboard again...

CVS access:

Everyone with a BMRC account should automatically have access to the
Open Mash CVS repository.  See the Developers - Source Code - CVS -
plaform pages on the website and see the U.C. Berkeley sections.

SourceForge accounts:

Everyone working on Mash needs to have a SourceForge account.  Sign up
and let me know what your SourceForge username is so I can add you to
the project.  This is important so bugs can be assigned to you, if
necessary.  Excuses like "my code never has bugs" will not be accepted!
