Hi -

Rather than putting them into vic/vat/rat, why don't you put them into
the new Open Mash distribution.  We finally at the point where we're
ready to announce the new launch of the Open Mash site -- see
www.openmash.org.  We've got clean builds of everything for the various
platforms and we're doing integration and development of new features.
This would be an excellent addition to the toolkit.
