Just bad timing. I was trying to switch the real networks feed at that
time. Besides, there's no way to keep up with someone walking around that
fast. Our video quality is too poor and we are controlling the cameras
over the network => delays. The automation of the tracking that is in
place is for when an audience member asks a question, the video feed
switches to the audience camera and it points toward them. That part
wasn't really working for the Real Networks feed this week because of some
technical difficulties (I accidentally pushed the wrong button in my GUI).

It would be great to get the CameraMan in 405, then we really could track
the speaker, and the webcast could be fully automated. As long as the
speaker doesn't mind wearing a collar around his neck....

Erik

P.S. Larry, we couldn't get video working on 233.0.25.131 sowe used
233.0.25.129 and everything seemed ok. It seems that we need to
periodically switch back and forth between these addresses. When one
stops working, the other one starts working....
