I think the stream you played that dropped off to 20-30 Kbs was another
manifestation of the bug.  That really shouldn't happen between you and
us.  Network bandwidth is readily available.

I think we need to form a study group to run tests and gather as much
info as possible about what is going on.  Anyone want to lead this
effort?
