Support for Mac OS X video capture with IOXperts' FireWire DCAM driver.

Future improvements:
- use DecompressImage with a GWorld to scale and resample the image
  instead of cropping with the YUV converters.
- use a sequence grabber/image sequence to capture frames faster (see
  the previous revision of this file).
