Log Message:
Wrote a UNIX version of the script that converts Windows bitmap images 
into JPEG files that are suitable for use with RTPtv's logo feature.  The 
howto.txt file describes how to execute the conversion process, and where 
to obtain the original bitmaps that were used to create the JPEG files 
that are included as part of a standard CVS checkout.
