Log Message:
Set the have_xil flag to always equal no, even for sparc-sun-solaris* machines. The video-xil driver is included in the Mash code, but it has not been ported over and there are still some files missing from the UCL code. Also, when someone ports the driver over to Mash, the lines in configure and conf/configure.in.video need to be changed from video-xil.o to video/video-xil.o.
