	Makefile application-sim.tcl main.tcl myafter.tcl sim.tcl 
Log Message:
Adding stuff to test the VD Question Monitor state machine without having
  to run at real time.
We read from the log files and pass the values to the gauges.
We attach a state machine and tell it to use the myafter.tcl stuff to
   simulate time.

This is only  really for development and testing, for my (evil) purposes.
