Changed markQuestion to allow specification of which region (left, center,
   right, etc)
Changed enableSpoofing option to -mode
Changed transducer_ to gaugeTransducer_ to be more descriptive
Added spoofMark log file to allow question marking during a spoof replay
Added switchLogFile which records the times of matrix switches related to 
   the output we are using; this can be used to see what was shown when
   without having to replay the entire lecture
Added cameraLogFile which records the position of the audience camera when 
   the audience camera view is switched to
