Log Message:
Modified configure to support tgw (Tim's gateway) and RealNetworks SDKs.
There is a new --with-real=path option for configure, but it shouldn't be
needed.  If configure finds the RealNetworks SDKs, then it automatically
includes the tgw files and sets the right compiler and linker flags.
