mailing list posting

To prevent casual spam, I have changed the Open Mash mailing lists so
they will only accept posts from subscribers.  Anyone is still free to
subscribe/unsubscribe as they please, of course.

I have also added a mechanism for posting from other accounts.  If you
would like to post from a different account, subscribe to
openmash-posters (send email to <openmash-posters-request@openmash.org>
with 'subscribe' in the body) from that other account.  Once that
account is subscribed, you will be able to post to any openmash-*
mailing list from there.  (You won't receive any list mail at that
account.  'openmash-posters' doesn't carry any traffic.)

Note that openmash-cvs is still wide open, because it has to accept cvs
commit messages from anyone.  But if you're willing to watch all of the
log entries from Erik and me, then the trickle of spam we get is
nothing in comparison.  :)
