The OTcl documentation is the original material written by David Weatherall when he developed the system. Here are links to the individual docs: The original paper describing OTcl was presented at the 1995 Tcl/Tk Conference held in Toronto. You can read the paper for more information on the motivation and implementation of OTcl.OTcl is used in several Tcl/Tk applications including the Network Simulator (NS) and the Open Mash Streaming Media Toolkit.
